Privacy notice

What this website collects, why, and how to get rid of it. Short, because the site genuinely does very little.

Template notice

This document describes how the website as built behaves. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is not legal advice. Before launch, have it reviewed against your actual business practices and the law in the places you operate — including GDPR or CCPA if they apply to you.

  1. Clause 01

    What we collect

Only what you type into the request form: your name, email address, and — if you choose to provide them — your company, current website, the clause you are interested in, a budget range, a timeframe, and your description of the project.

There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, and no third-party tracking script on this site. It sets no cookies of its own.

  2. Clause 02

    Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, and to have enough context to reply usefully. That is the only purpose. Your details are not added to a marketing list, not used for automated profiling, and not sold or shared for anyone else's marketing.

  3. Clause 03

    Who else sees it

Form submissions are delivered by email through a third-party mail provider, and are then stored in our email account. Our hosting provider processes standard server request logs, which may include IP addresses, as part of operating the site.

Name the specific providers here before launch. Both act as processors on our behalf and neither uses your data for their own purposes.

  4. Clause 04

    How long it is kept

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 12 months. Where an enquiry becomes a project, the correspondence is retained for the duration of the engagement and for as long afterwards as tax and contractual record-keeping requires.

  5. Clause 05

    Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it — there is no form to fill in and no verification hoop beyond confirming you control the address in question.

Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to processing, to restrict it, or to complain to a supervisory authority. Name the relevant authority here before launch.

  6. Clause 07

    Changes

If this notice changes we will update the date at the top. We will not apply a material change retroactively to information already collected without telling you.
